Developing and implementing anti-racist practices that have an impact

Amidst the backdrop of widespread protests and social unrest, many companies have proclaimed their unwavering support for racial equality. And yet, employment statistics and personal experiences indicate a different reality — racialized people encounter overt discrimination and hidden bias in nearly every facet of their lives.

Let’s face facts: most corporate diversity policies contain empty platitudes. Real change demands that companies acknowledge past injustices, address immediate concerns, and develop comprehensive strategies for a more equitable future. What is your role in enacting practical differences that proactively demonstrate a commitment to anti-racist principles?
