How the Best Sales Team Win Through Adversity

The past few years have presented all manner of curve balls and uncertainty for sales teams to navigate. We saw:

  • Massive changes to buying landscape brought on by the pandemic, inflation and recession fears
  • A seismic shift to remote work followed by return to office mandates
  • A sales job market that swung all the way from the great resignation to mass layoffs.

Yet the expectations organizations have placed on their sales teams remain as high as ever!

Local entrepreneur, sales leader, and author, David Priemer has spent over two decades studying how the best sales team adapt to the changing landscape. In addition to his bestselling book, Sell The Way You Buy, his unique science and empathy-based approaches to driving revenue and talent growth have been published in the Harvard Business Review as well as Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Inc. magazines.

Now David has just released his second book, The Sales Leader They Need, where he outlines the critical skills revenue leaders need to unlock the potential of their teams.

In this special edition of TechTO: Sales brought to you by Relay, David and a panel of incredible sales leaders will discuss key insights for growing revenue in today's market.
