Event Speakers

Gabriel Sundaram

COO & Co-Founder of Mission

Currently leading ops and growth at Mission. We're building the best market network for product builders (software engineers, product, design). We help level up our member’s skills by leveraging data, connecting them with meaningful long-term work, and a community of like-minded peers. Previously COO at Bus.com, overseeing growth (product, marketing, sales & data teams). Helped navigate the company through a rebrand, major product pivot, and multiple rounds of growth capital (YC, JSV, BMW, Real). Prior to Bus.com I was part of the founding investment team at Real Ventures where I was privileged to learn from 100’s of founders and co-investors over a 5-year run. I also led the development of the firm’s back and middle office software and initial platform to support portfolio companies. In what seems like a previous life, I led product at Capitalogix, a Dallas based FinTech startup developing trading, dashboard, and data analytics tools for hedge funds. Having left and come back to my hometown Montreal, I’m happy to be an active member of the growing local startup scene, instigating or organizing several community initiatives including tech blog MTLinTECH, Startup Drinks Montreal, Startup Open House Montreal, and Notman House.

She strives to build an organization where each team member thrives because they are trusted and have the space to be their authentic selves. Prior to co-founding Mentorly, Ashley spent 10+ years touring the world performing with BJM Danse, Ballet BC and Trey McIntyre Project.
